Crop Consultants Australia Inc has approx 150 Financial Members, made up of Independent Consultants, Farm Agronomists, Sales Agronomists, Chemical & Plant Breeding Company Representatives, R&D Personnel & other Industry People.

There are two membership categories within the CCA, with both categories having full voting rights within the association.
 
Independent
Any member who is self employed, or who works for an independent consultant or a farming enterprise will be considered an Independent Member
 
Corporate
Any member who works for or is attached to an industry organisation will be considered a Corporate Member. (Researchers, Government Employees, Chemical Company Employees, Sales Agronomist etc)
 


The Association is run by an Executive Board comprising of a minimum of five members, and a maximum of seven members. The President must be an Independent Member, and it is preferable that the remaining positions are split evenly between Independent and Corporate Members.
 
The Association also employs a full time Executive Officer to coordinate the activities of the CCA, and to assist members where possible. Members are encouraged to submit topics of interest or timely issues for upcoming meetings and newsletters.
